When all design issues have been approved by the Architect, a construction programme can be agreed.
The building programme along with the payment schedule is divided into three phases. This normally guarantees completion within 12 months of commencement of the project. The project is subject to independent quality control inspections in order to achieve a bonded 10 year guarantee.
