The Product

Irrespective of the different design options, we build our properties to a consistently high standard. The following characteristics are the cornerstone of each Designer Villas project:

Insulation
Exterior walls consisting of 28 - 35cm Poroton bricks with embedded insulation.
Windows in hardwood or recycled PVC to include three layer thermal and acoustic “Climalit” security glass

Heating
Under-floor heating system with solar panels for hot water supply

Finish
Internal - A choice of locally produced marble or handmade terracotta tiles.
Exterior - A choice of natural stone, classical brickwork or monocapa plaster.

Guarantee
A 10 year bonded guarantee
